Debby Ryan in Rachel Gilbert |“Justin Bieber’s Believe” LA Premiere

MY VERDICT: The star of Disney Channel’s “Jessie” sparkled her way down the purple carpet when she stepped out for the premiere of the docu-movie “Justin Bieber’s Believe” last night. Debby looked fabulously festive in her black beaded Rachel Gilbert sleeveless dress; this shimmering frock, which features a nude underlay, comes from Gilbert’s Spring 2014 collection.

I thought the intricate pattern and embellishing was so pretty, but my favorite part was actually the fact that she incorporated a pop of eye-catching red with her shoes. Debby wore Bionda Castana “Lana” pumps with a mesh inset. Was it a nod to the holiday season or Bieber’s favorite footwear color? I’m not sure if the laced ankle was the best balance with the length of the skirt, but I really like the shoes. A partially swept-up do gave us a great view of her Marina B “Chute” 18k yellow gold triangle stud earrings packed with diamonds. She finished off her look with a dark mani, flawless makeup, and a patent leather bracelet.
